Efter 3 månaders intensivt arbete med vår nya webplattform har nu Anthony möjlighet att ta fler PT kunder igen. Efterfrågat av många!
Här beskriver Anthony vad som driver honom som personlig tränare. (Han pratar svenska också, men är engelsman och f.d. rugbyspelare i själ och hjärta.)
”I have over 10 years experience working with sports injuries and performance, pain management, gait mechanics, and classical pilates.
I have educations ranging from classical pilates, to weight lifting, to running, to biomechanics, to neurology and all the spaces in between.
My focus when it comes to training is to help the body be more able to adapt to whatever demands you put on it. I work on the basic principle of ”Isolate, integrate, improvise” – meaning isolate the thing that needs changing and work on that, then integrate that new change into a movement, and then finally add some chaos into the mix to see how the body responds. This makes for a more physically intelligent body that is less injury prone. I do all of this with the help of my colleagues and their specialist expertise as well.
When training with me we start off with your goals and build a program suited to you from there. Do you just want to move a little better? Do you want to learn the pilates machines? Is your shoulder always painfully when you lift it? do you want to get down to the floor to play with your kids without pain? Do you want to be quicker on the ice? Do you want to improve your weight-lifting technique? Whatever it is that’s important to you is what we work on.”
